Referring to Colonial Office letter No.31683/1921 of the 7th July 1921, authorising us to make a monthly addition of 25 to the pension payable to Sit F. T. Piggott from Hong Kong funds, subject to adjustment on the receipt of further instructions, we now propose adjusting for the year 1921. The amounts actually paid to him for the year were as
